One amount per project area and month, invoiced in advance. Part months are charged pro rata.
Prices
One price per project. All users included.
Feldkontor is rented per project and month. Whoever works on the project works with it: site management, crews, subcontractors and the client cost nothing extra. That is why the price is tied to the project and not to the number of users.
How the price is built up
Price band by project size
What counts is the number of modules set up in the project area. If the limit of the booked band is exceeded, the next band applies from the following month.
Setup per project
The project data is taken from the drawings and tables supplied: fields, tables, inverters, strings, trades and dates.
Term
Minimum term three months, after that termination with 14 days' notice to the end of the month in writing.
Included in the monthly price
- Unlimited users in six roles
- All functions of the version, with no add-on modules
- Five languages in the interface and in print
- Daily full backup with 120 days of retention
- Updates of the version during the term
- Support by e-mail under the service level annex
- Measurement and test records with test report and installer's declaration
- Excel and PDF export of all evaluations
Not included
- Adjustments to your own processes and interfaces to other systems
- Data migration from other programs
- Training and work on site
- Archive operation after the end of the contract
