One tap on the phone
Whoever finishes a table taps it. No notes and no list in the evening.
Field layout per table, DC string work in three steps, a whole row or a whole inverter with one tap.
Feldkontor keeps the site diary and the construction controlling for utility-scale solar parks. From the contractor's point of view, grown out of the daily work of site management.
Why Feldkontor exists
On a solar park site, success is decided by quantities, dates and records. Site management keeps lists in Excel, collects notes from the crews, receives photos by messenger and writes the report in the evening. The same work is recorded three times and the overview is still missing.
Feldkontor reverses the order. Work is recorded where it is done. Everything else follows from that by itself: progress, target against actual, forecast, billing proposal and the report for the client.
How the work is done
Whoever finishes a table taps it. No notes and no list in the evening.
Field layout per table, DC string work in three steps, a whole row or a whole inverter with one tap.
The same tap counts in progress, billing, material stock and the daily site report.
Target against actual, delay and remaining quantity follow from the recorded work, and so does the daily site report as a PDF.
One price per project. Crews, subcontractors and the client at no extra charge.
Unlimited users, six roles with their own rights, internal content stays internal.
What Feldkontor does
Built for utility-scale solar parks only. Site diary, construction progress per table and string, target-actual controlling, defects, logistics, serial numbers of modules and inverters, variation orders as well as DC and AC test records with plausibility checks in a single interface.
Personnel, equipment, weather, work done, incidents and photos. Internal photos stay in the internal report.
Construction status per table, string, inverter and transformer station, with completion date.
Weighted across all trades, target against actual for the programme, completion date per trade.
DC and AC to DIN EN 62446-1, earthing to VDE-AR-N 4110, with test report and installer's declaration.
Defect with deadline, responsibility and photo, notice of defects, reminder to the subcontractor.
Daywork, variation order register, billing proposal per subcontractor, invoice check.

Walkthrough
A short walkthrough in German and English. It goes through every area of the application in the order a site manager uses it over a working day. The language can be switched above the player.
English version, 2:36 minutes, with subtitles.
The test access runs on a demonstration tenant with the sample project PV-Manjanahausen. All names, companies and figures in it are invented. After 7 calendar days it ends by itself, with no notice of termination.
